Supplier Project of the Year Awards

The Supplier Project of the Year Awards showcases greenfield, brownfield or facility extensions by suppliers to the food industry in target countries in Africa that increase production, storage, utilities or laboratory capacity.

Please note that you can nominate as many projects as possible. For each plant, you must fill this form separately. The project must have been commissioned from January 1, 2016 to March 31, 2018 and be located in any of the Eastern & Central African countries.

Please explain the key driver of your company investing in the new plant, and how it changes the game for your company and the industry
Please provide details about the new facility, its installed capacity, investment value, product capability and other relevant information, highlighting the salient features that make your plant unique in your country and region.
Explain in detail how the new facility delivers on sustainability (water and energy savings, waste reduction etc), highlighting how the facility compares with similar ones in your industry, country and region. Does your facility have any unique sustainability certification?
Is your facility the first ever in your industry, country or region? If not, what makes your it unique from the others?
Explain in detail how the new facility incorporates product and personnel safety, highlighting unique attributes that make it stand out from the others.
How does the new facility benefit the communities in which it is operating?
