The New Plant of the Year showcases greenfield, brownfield or facility extensions in the food industry that increase production, storage, utilities or laboratory capacity.

Please note that you can nominate as many plants as possible. For each plant, you must fill this form separately. The plant must have been commissioned from January 1, 2016 to March 31, 2018 and be located in any of the Eastern & Central African countries. Only manufacturers, retailers and foodservice operators in Eastern & Central Africa can apply for this category
